Bring a charged moment of Osaka kabuki into your space with this framed poster featuring Shunkōsai Hokushū’s 1822 portrait of Nakamura Utaemon III (Shikan) as Ishikawa Goemon. Disguised in the stolen robes and cap of an imperial messenger, Goemon fixes his gaze beyond the frame. The close composition and layered costume turn a scene from The Golden Gate and the Paulownia Crest (Kinmon gosan no kiri) into a striking focal point for a reading nook or gallery wall.
