Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Atelier UKIYO. All products in our shop are made to order (print-on-demand), manufactured individually for each customer. Please note that delivery times are longer than standard retail, and we appreciate your understanding before placing an order.

1. Production Time After your order is confirmed, please allow 3–7 business days for manufacturing and packaging. Please note: Production lines are paused on weekends, public holidays, and during major holiday periods. Processing begins from the next business day.

2. Shipping Time Once production is complete and the order is handed to the carrier, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for delivery.

Overall estimate: Orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that international shipping, customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays may result in longer delivery times.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address If a package is returned to the manufacturer due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, extended absence, or refusal of delivery, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for returned packages. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged upon arrival, depending on the laws of the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please be aware of this before placing your order.
