7. Additional Charges　Shipping costs: Shipping is not included in the product price. Shipping rates are calculated by Printful based on your order and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. (Please note that some countries and regions may not be eligible for shipping.)

Customs & Import Taxes: Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the purchaser (importer).

9. Delivery Timeline As all products are manufactured and shipped on demand, orders are typically produced and packaged within 3–7 business days after order confirmation, after which shipping procedures begin. For estimated delivery times by country, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer error (including incorrect orders, product appearance differing from expectations, or size issues) after an order has been confirmed.

In the event that a delivered product has a defect such as damage, soiling, or a printing error, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact our shop's inquiry desk (email) within 7 days of arrival with photos of the affected area. We will arrange for a free replacement to be produced and reshipped.
